Today is Christmas eve and we went to the Main Square in Poland which dated back all the way back to the 13th century. The Main Market Square in the Old Town in Kraków is the largest medieval town square in Europe. The square is surrounded by many historical townhouses, historic buildings, palaces, and churches. In the center of the square lies the Cloth Hall, a tall beautiful structure, rebuilt in 1555 in the Renaissance style. Apparently every year on Christmas and New year's Eve, they’ll have a huge party and the streets are all decorated with lights with many people and tents. We wandered around until it was almost one in the morning!

Poland’s fashion was also another that shocked me. As we were traveling in Warsaw, we saw a couple of students graduating from Warsaw Art Academy. It was the first ever fashion diploma.There were all very talented, and a woman designer named Kasia Skórzyńska. She is a really cool designer. We were walking towards them, while the designer approached us. She is a really skilled designer and has shown in Beijing, China. Another most established designers is Ania Kuczyńska. Her creations are for women and men, and a bag that had over 3000 sold last year.

In Poland, there are also a lot of sports that they play. The most popular sport is football. They were the winner of 1972 Olympic Football Tournament. And had 7 appearances in the FIFA World Cup. We went to watch a high school game, the teamwork they had were incredible. They also made history in motorcycling. Speedway is popular in Poland. The region was a benefit because it created different sports such as mountain hiking, biking, and skiing. After noticing these things we decided to go skiing. It was a wonderful experience.
